Import Clients
Upload a CSV export from your previous booking system. Clients are matched by email — existing accounts are never overwritten.
Expected CSV format
Required columns: name and email. Optional: phone, appointmentDate (DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD), serviceName, total (£ amount), notes.
Column headers are flexible — common aliases like Client Name, Email Address, Mobile, Booking Date, Treatment are all recognised automatically.
